Dutymate X5 Enhanced The Dutymate X5 Enhanced is the most flexible and powerful of the Dutymate range. It can control from two to five units (configuration can be done on site) automatically controlling duty cycle rotation based on actual running hours of each unit. It has two levels of redundancy as well as complete manual over-ride, making it the most attractive system to ensure your units run when you need them, and only when you need them, efficiently and profitably. As with all Dutymate models, the Dutymate X5 Enhanced constantly monitors each unit for faults as well as interrogating the motor starters to guarantee that demand will be met in the event of a failure. If a failure does occur the position of all remaining units will be moved in the duty cycle to compensate for the failed unit and a volt free contact will provide interfacing to your existing systems for fault annunciation. The Dutymate X5 Enhanced can be configured to be controlled by either a bank of 5 pressure switches or a pressure transducer, and provides an indication of each unit running, independent fault indication and hour run meters for each unit. In addition to these features, the Dutymate X5 Enhanced also provides manual duty cycle selection from a rotary selector switch on the front panel, automatically controlling the sequence starting of all units, and incorporating an automatic restart on power failure. A Local/Remote selector switch on each Dutymate X5 Enhanced allows each unit to be serviced and run independently of the Dutymate controller with full functionality from its own control system. A wide range of options are available for the Dutymate X5 Enhanced due to the flexibility incorporated into the control system. The Dutymate X5 Enhanced can be customised to suit individual customer’s specifications in both hardware and software requirements.
